Nice place - I take it this is yours and you are selling. We just brought a lifestyle block near Wanganui and this place is probably a bit out of my price range.
Brian, the properties around us for sale are hoping for $750K-$1.1!! For a property this big that's just 30 mins from Wellington's CBD, it's a bargain! But probably not when you've just bought one already....
